Ingredients : Miso ( whole barley* , whole soy beans* , whole
brown rice*, unrefined sea salt, Koji starter and fresh spring water), cloves*, Black

Soy Miso - Japan National Cancer Center (1981) notified that
people who consume Soy Miso have 33% less chance to get gastric cancer and 19% less

1982. 223-233).
Seaweed Kombu algae : - Harvard School of Public Health (1984) "Seaweed showed a
consistent antitumor activity in all tests. The same results were obtained in Gastro
-Intestinal Research Laboratory at McGill University of Montreal (Canada). Japanese
are the first nation in seaweed consumption. That is one explanation for low
incidence of certain kinds of tumors in Japan."
Shiitake mushroom: - Japan National Cancer Center Research Institute (1992):
